According to Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz, former President Barack Obama, “personally asked” the FBI to investigate someone on “behalf of billionaire George Soros.”

That stunning revelation by the liberal constitutional scholar comes on the heels regarding the recent dust-up involving President Trump’s tweet concerning Roger Stone’s excessive sentencing recommendations, which caused a collective meltdown within the swamp, as career prosecutors within the deep state accused both the President and Attorney General Barr of somehow manipulating the judicial process.

Rabid former DOJ officials have organized a leftwing letter campaign in hopes of taking down Barr, demanding his resignation. A far cry from when those same DOJ officials ignored former Attorney General Eric Holder blatantly refusing a Congressional subpoena to produce documents into the potential criminal activity by the Obama administration that led to the murder of U.S. Border Patrol Officer Brian Terry and hundreds of Mexican citizens.

Congress held Holder in contempt, both civilly and criminally, which was the first time in our history that a sitting attorney general was ever held in contempt of congress.

Now comes the disclosure by Law Professor Dershowitz that Obama was personally involved in weaponizing the FBI (similar to what was done to candidate Trump), as a favor to his pal billionaire George Soros.

The 81 year old academic sat down with Breitbart News earlier in the week and recounted a little history concerning past administrations along with the relationship of their respective attorney generals, the interview aired on Sunday on SiriusXM.

Dershowitz began, “There was a lot of White House control of the Justice Department during the Kennedy administration and I don’t think we saw very many liberal professors arguing against that. I have some information as well about the Obama administration – which will be disclosed in a lawsuit at some point, but I’m not prepared to disclose it now – about how President Obama personally asked the FBI to investigate somebody on behalf of George Soros, who was a close ally of his.” He did not say specifically who the target might have been.

Adding, “We’ve seen this kind of White House influence on the Justice Department virtually in every Justice Department. The difference: This President is much more overt about it, he tweets about it. President Obama whispered to the Justice Department about it. And, I don’t think these 1,000 former Justice Department officials would pass the shoe-on-the-other-foot test. Maybe some of them would, but a good many of them wouldn’t.”

The former member of President Trump’s defense team cited the “constitutionally” granted to every duly elected president, regarding our justice system

Stating “the President could make a decision to really control the Justice Department” and decide specifically whom to prosecute and not to prosecute, clarifying, however, that it wouldn’t be a good move.

Adding, “He shouldn’t do it; it hasn’t been done since Thomas Jefferson. Thomas Jefferson did do it. We’ve seen this throughout our history.”

Breitbart News, however, was more interested in what Dershowitz had claimed regarding Obama and the 89-year-old former Nazi collaborator asking the then president to intervene on his behalf and use the FBI to apparently investigate a political opponent.

“That’s going to come out in a lawsuit in the near future, yeah. That is not unusual. People whisper to presidents all the time; presidents whisper to the Justice Department all the time. It’s very common; it’s wrong, whoever does it — but it’s common, and we shouldn’t think it’s unique to any particular president. I have in my possession the actual 302 [witness report] form which documents this issue and it will at the right time come out, but I’m not free to disclose it now because it’s a case that’s not yet been filed.”

Soros has been buying local and regional elections for decades, spending vast amounts of money through political action packs, and front organizations. Just recently a local election that would normally cost about $30,000 to finance, however a Soros backed candidate behind in the polls spent in excess of one million dollars to win that local seat, backed by Soros cash.
